FAQs
I've bought my Lift Pass, Where Do I Get My Ticket?
All of your products will be loaded to your MyPass Card. This is essentially your key to the mountain and enables you to access the appropriate lifts based on the product you have purchased.
You can collect your MyPass Card by visiting our Kiosks in the Snow Centre in central Queenstown (located inside the Station Building at 25 Shotover st) or on the mountain at Coronet Peak, The Remarkables or Mt Hutt.
Simply scan the barcode in your confirmation email and the Kiosk will print your MyPass card - from there you can head straight to the lift.
We recommend you collect your MyPass Card the day before you head up the mountain from the Queenstown Snow Center to skip any queues.
Can I ski at Multiple Mountains?
Your Lift Pass is valid to use at Coronet Peak or The Remarkables in Queenstown or Mt Hutt in Canterbury.
You can only ski at one mountain per day.
Night Ski and Twilight Passes are only valid on select days/times at Coronet Peak.
First Tracks Passes are only available to use at Coronet Peak between 8 - 9am from late June to early September and at Mt Hutt on Saturdays and Sundays between 8 - 9am from July to September. Please check the Snow Report before heading up.
